Art enriches our everyday lives.

While the arts were already underfunded, the pandemic made it abundantly clear that new and innovative ways were needed to sustain the arts. With our experience in payments, arts administration and governance, we created ArtsPay: turning a purely for-profit sector into a force for good.

For the first time ever, business and consumers have a way to support the arts at no additional cost; with profits benefiting the many, not the few.

Grant recipient: Awesome Black

“Following receiving the ArtsPay funding we were empowered to push on with big changes in the company and how we marry the commercial and charity sides of our business. We've been super busy with major projects; developing new IP for a First Nations video game, launching our new website awesomeblack.studio, working as the First Nations Curatorial Consultants for SXSW Sydney and we have just signed the lease on a studio space in Erskineville so that Awesome Black will have a real home to build and grow the next stage of our journey.“

A win for your business and the arts.

Each time someone makes a purchase using an ArtsPay terminal or buys something online using our platform, we redirect 50% of the profits from transaction fees back into the arts ecosystem. A per cent here, a per cent there, it all adds up. Rather than handing your transaction fees over to the big banks or Silicon Valley, you can now give your customers a more ethical alternative.

What’s good for the arts is good for business.

Music, performance, literature and dance. The arts have always played a powerful role in society, fostering inventive thinking, problem solving, and stimulating our economy. While artists already shape our world, we know their actions can be amplified with the appropriate funding. Thriving businesses mean thriving communities, and thriving communities mean thriving businesses.
