What are your invoicing fees?

ArtsPay Invoices has no set up fees, no monthly fees or minimums. Only transaction fees apply.

  • Visa / Mastercard - 1.75% + 30 cents
  • AMEX - 2.5% + 30 cents
  • Direct debit - 1% + 30 cents (capped at $5)
  • International cards - 3.9% + 30 cents

Absorb fees or pass on processing fees.

How are the fees collected from my account?

You receive the funds each business day into your bank account minus the transaction fees.

Can I pass on the fees to my customers?

Yes, you can pass all the processing fees to your customers. You can apply surcharges to all invoices or apply them individually to each customer.
